Quest’s Mission
When I launched Quest Psychological and Counseling Services in 2017, I wanted to provide something different. I had worked in private practice settings that felt dingy and cold, where operations were more like a mill versus individualized care. With Quest, I wanted an emphasis on ethical practice and quality care with the goal of serving patients across the lifespan. Seeing firsthand how these foundational pieces were lacking in our community, I launched a new endeavor to serve Hampton Roads. And so Quest Psychological and Counseling Services was born.

Quality
Our focus on quality care starts before patients even come through the door. From the decor choices of each office to the initial paperwork, notable time and thought is given to each detail of treatment. Additionally, each team member at Quest goes through a comprehensive interview and screening process. Our administrative and billing staff members have extensive training to be able to assist the needs of patients, while our clinicians are the “cream of the crop,” all graduating from license-specific accredited universities (e.g., APA, ACA, NASP). At Quest, having a highly competent team sets us apart from other practices.
Ethics
One of the most important parts of providing healthcare services is aligning with our licensing guidelines and requirements for good, ethical practices. At Quest, this starts with client care, as each person is treated with civility, dignity, and respect. Our clinical team is also committed to accountability, as Quest offers a supportive and encouraging environment for professionals to grow as well. Believing strongly in the adage, iron sharpens iron, Quest provides the space and setting for clinical staff to consult and collaborate with one another in order to provide the best care possible for patients.
