What services do you provide?

I currently offer virtual, individual therapy for ages 18 and older. I specialize in and utilize psychodynamic therapy. Psychodynamic therapy is longer-term, explorative, and unstructured therapy that treats the whole person with a goal to not only decrease symptoms, but pursue growth in life. There is a focus on increasing insight, which often involves investigating how past experiences impact the present. The goal is to achieve deep, long-term change.

Do you offer services in my state?

I offer teletherapy services in Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Do you have in person appointments?

I only provide psychotherapy online. This allows you the advantage of being seen from the comfort of your own home! See below for more info.

Why teletherapy?

Virtual psychotherapy increases access to care and convenience, and it takes away that stressful, time-consuming commute to an office. It also removes the waiting room experience, which improves privacy and can be helpful for those with social anxiety.

Do you take my insurance?

I currently accept Optima/Sentara insurance, as well as out-of-network plans and self-pay. More information about Quest’s payment and fees can be found in the Payment section!

What if I have more questions?

As always, you may contact the office if you have further questions. Our administrative team would be happy to assist you! Email: appointments@questpsych.org
